“Phil was a fantastic driver and tour guide. I thoroughly enjoyed the first half of the day with the visit to Wai O Tapu and Waimanga. The afternoon got a bit long and Te Puia is not really worth it in my opinion, but has nothing to do with the tour operator- everything was on time and 10/10. Would recommend just a half day trip excluding Te Puia.”

“We had an amazing day. Jason was great and made sure we got to each place on time and that we knew where to meet him. He told us lots of interesting facts. We loved the mud pools and the geysers, also the traditional Māori performance and kiwi conservation area. It was a shame that part of the walking tour at Waiotapu was mistakenly blocked off. But I think we saw the best bits. Overall the day was full on and I recommend taking sandwiches if you can. There are places to buy coffees etc. Jason kindly provided cereal bars for breakfast and crisps and water later in the day.”
